French Speaking Internal Sales Advisor
Salary: £26,000pa plus uncapped commission
Location: West Midlands - HYBRID

Main Duties:
To support the International Sales Manager in generating and identifying new business opportunities while providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.

The Role:
- To identify new sales leads and opportunities to increase the company’s revenue
- To present products and services to existing and potential customers
- To manage an existing portfolio of accounts to ensure repeat purchase
- To liaise with clients regarding orders while providing outstanding customer service at all times
- To provide quotes in line with company pricing and margin guidelines
- To attend sales meetings and training sessions as required and identify personal goals with the Line Manager
- To order processing in a timeous manner and ensure customer records are kept up to date
- To collaborate positively with other departments within the business

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (Written & Spoken) essential
- Additional languages would be a bonus
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Account Management experience beneficial
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to multi-task and prioritise
- Enthusiastic and dynamic


£26,000 pa plus uncapped commission
