French speaking Internal Sales Coordinator
Salary: £29,500 pa
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
At commutable distance only by car from Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, Leicester, Daventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Birmingham, Crick Rd, Rugby

*** 4 days in the office with 1 day at home, working hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30 am – 5pm, Fri 8.30am – 4pm ***
*** Candidates must be a car owner due to the company’s location, free car parking ***

Main duties:
To develop new business opportunities as well as maintain existing portfolio of the client

The Role:
- To deal with customers queries over the phone and by email
- To develop new direct customers and distributors through sales leads and web enquiries
- To provide regular support to Account Manager and order processing team for a French region
- To communicate and liaise between the customers and the company efficiently
- To update the customers details accurately in the system
- To have a good knowledge of the products and promote them to the clients
- To prepare reports on monthly basis
- To assist with administration to other departments when required (sales, procurement, logistics, production...)

- Fluent in French (Written and spoken)
- CAR owner - due to the company’s location (it is difficult to reach by public transport)
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Development desirable
- Experiences with manufacturer would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
