Main duties:
To provide an excellent level of Customer Service and support National and International Clients.

The Role:
- To answer calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
- To provide an excellent level of customer services at all times.
- To diagnosing and resolving technical issues and providing feedback to relevant
  departments.
- To keep the company database up-to-date.
- To visit clients at UK, France and Overseas to troubleshoot installation and product
  problems.
- To close liaison with support engineers in service centres around the world.
- To ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by responding promptly, professionally
  and efficiently to all customer related requests.


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French in addition to English (Written & Spoken).
- Knowledge of other languages will be a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer service will be necessary.
- Engineering Background is mandatory.
- Ability to work at fast pace environment.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
- Very well-organised and able to work in a team.
- Team player.
- IT literate.
