French speaking International Sales Administrator

Salary: Up to £19,000 pa + Benefits

The Role:
You will be working within the Customer Service team. Responsible for handling customer orders and contracts  (International client base) from enquiry to payment.

Main Responsibilities:
- To receive order entry, Quotations and Export documentation
- To liaison with suppliers ( internal & external )
- To be close with other sales administrators to co-ordinate activity in the department
- To be in contact with the warehouse & carriers & customers regarding for delivery
  expectations, produce despatch documentation
- Close co-operation with sales managers & the Customer Service Manager to define and
  meet customer requirements  
- To keep the books up to date.
- To process contract review including all key elements.


Candidate's Profile:

• Fluent in English and French (Written & Spoken)
• Other language skills an advantage (German, Spanish…)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous Customer Services experience would be highly beneficial
• Professional telephone manners & Excellent communication skills
• Excellent keyboard skills, PC literate
• Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Multinational and multicultural communication.
