French speaking IT Customer Service Advisor - Remote
Salary: £20,300 p.a. + Benefits
Location: Remote – UK BASED
Ref: 362FR

*** Open to recent graduate too, training will be provided ***
*** After 2 weeks office based training the role can be remote or office based depending of the candidates experiences and IT knowledge related to the job ***

Main duties:
To provide Customer Support for new and existing clients with orders, deliveries, payments and refund process.

The Role:
- To deal with IT related problems (IT related products portfolio)
- To maintain and develop the relationship with new and existing clients in order to
   maximise the sales on the European market
- To organise, manage and track delivery
- To provide technical support and helpdesk
- To deal with aftersales enquiries and complaints
- To provide excellent standards of customer service
- To liaise with other departments internally to resolve customers queries

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French to close to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Studies, interest or experience in the IT sector (mainly hardware)
- Good understanding on computers and parts
- Previous experience in Customer Service would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent telephone manners
- IT Literate
