Salary: Up to £29,500 (DOE) + bonus and benefits

*Hybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office/2 days at home*
*Maternity cover - 12 months fixed term contract*
Main Duties:
Solving customers’ technical issues and answering queries.
The Role:
-Deal with technical issues and product related questions
-Handle requests via live chat, email, web, social media and more
-Monitor database and CRM requests in timely manner
-Perform tests in order to identify and fix problems
-Update customers on pending requests
-Create reports and share results in team meetings
-Fluent in French (Written and Spoken)
-A level educated or equivalent
-Experience in technical support
-Knowledge of computers and IT literate
-Positive attitude and problem solving skills
-Excellent customer service
