French speaking Key Account Coordinator
Location: Coalville
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits

Main duties:
Assisting the Commercial Director in managing all aspects of international customer requirements, and providing administrative and account management support.


The role:
- To take charge of handling incoming emails for the Export Sales inbox
- To effectively manage orders received via email from our international clients
- To generate and handle price quotes
- To use internal systems including CRM, Stock Management, ERP, Import/Export tools
- To coordinate international transport of containers and trucks
- To work closely with teams based in France, Italy and the USA to manage orders and stock
- To prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, and export documents, for international shipments
- To collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and logistics, to ensure effective communication and coordination
- To assist the accounting team with any issues related to international customers

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of German or Italian would be beneficial
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration and Order Processing in business-to-business
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
