The Role:
Within a small multilingual team, you will be responsible for:
- To support the team with general administrative duties
- To be in charge of all transport organisation / road transport / sea freight / container and all logistics administration
- To liaise with other members of the team to ensure stock control and on-time deliveries
- To obtain quotation on transport and stock
- To deal with general administrative duties
- To liaise with Client / Suppliers when requested
- Fluent in French
- Previous Customer Service or Export coordination/Administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Competent IT Skills (MS Office)
- Own transport (the company is not accessible by public transport)
