French Speaking Logistics Coordinator (Food)
Location: London, City of London (Hybrid working)
Salary: up to £37,000 pa

Main duties:
To be responsible for Sales support, Logistic coordination of deliveries throughout Europe

The Role:
- Arranging deliveries to customers from warehouses in UK and Europe by road, air or courier.
- Inputting correct information on database to create forward allocations & warehouse instructions
- Liaising with customers to keep them updated on shipping progress
- Preparing shipping documentations ( customs, warehouse instructions, Packing List, Dangerous goods note, packaging label)
- Handling enquiries, complaints and other aspects of customer service as required
- Monthly stock reconciliations
- Processing invoices customers promptly with correct VAT calculated

- Fluent in French and English (Written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Export and/or Sales Administration
- Knowledge of Shipping/Transportation would be strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to juggle different pieces of work at the same time
- Proactive and dynamic personality

Circa £35,000 pa / £37,000 pa
