French speaking Logistics Trainee
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 Depending on experiences

*** Role available for recent graduate too with some experiences in Logistics or Freight Forwarding ***

Main duties:
To deliver high quality services for all customers through effective communication with all suppliers and customers to ensure their needs are satisfied in relation to quality, shipping cost and delivery.

The Role:
- To respond booking and rate requests from customers
- To deal with agents and hauliers
- To liaise with subcontractors to arrange collections/transport with UK and overseas
- To deal with dedicated clients to ensure repeat business and deliver world class logistics services
- To arrange export/import customs clearance with other agents
- To put all data accurately into system for booking, tracking and billing shipment
- To complete general administration and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Studies about Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain is essential
- Relevant experiences within Freight forwarding/ Road Freight or background in Logistics sector is desirable
- Confident, has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to deliver a world class customer service
