French speaking Marketing and Sales Consultant (IT Sector)
Salary: Up to circa £35,000 OTE pa
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire area – hybrid
At commutable distance from Reading, Ascot, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Farnborough, Bracknell, Woking, Farnham, Guilford, Twickenham, Basingstoke, Epson, Richmond, also close to Bracknell train station

*** Working hours: 8 am – 5.30Pm ***
*** Open for recent Marketing or Business graduate too ***


The Role:
To grow sales & secure business by contacting French speaking partners to on-board them


Main duties:
- Develop Sales, Account management & retention targets
- Present our program and the value via web and phone to partners
- Share best practices, tools & processes for sales & customer interactions
- Support and consult with partners with regards to leads generated
- Drive performance by collaborating & participating in company/department drills
- Engage proactively with sales teams & managers to improve processes
- Report & share KPI, customer feedback and insights to various stakeholders
- Engage with opportunities to work with the wider sales force in the organisation
- Keep the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients
- Build and nurture long term business relationships with clients
- Some travelling for face to face visits may be required

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (written & oral)
- Previous experience in a sales / account management ideally within Marketing Agency
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth – or target driven personality who wants to achieve
- Curious, open-minded and an ability to think outside the box
- Engaging presenter with the ability to think on your feet
- Team player with positive energy, who shows great initiative
- Ability to think strategically and prioritise tasks based on business value
- Strongly motivated & proactive with a professional manner

Salary

Basic is up to £30,000 p.a. + Bonus 5.000 p.a. + other benefits
