French Speaking Office Administrator
Administration, Customer Service, Calls, Sales Order, Process order, Electronics, Manufacturing, Data Input, Data Entry, Coordination, Customer Care, Quotations, Sales Support, e-Commerce, Export, French.
Salary: Up to £24,000 pa depending on experience + Benefits
Location: Hampshire

Main duties:
To provide front office as well as administrative support to the team
To deliver an excellent level of Customer Service

The Role:
- To perform front office duties( Dispatch, Reception etc...)
- To liaise with French office staff
- To provide an excellent level of customer services at all times
- To provide quotations, process orders and follow through to dispatch
- To build and maintain good relationship with french customers
- To provide an excellent level of customer services at all times
 

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (Written & Spoken)
- Knowledge of export documentation is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in sales administration/ customer service is a strong
  advantage

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive and dynamic personality with a hands on attitude
- IT literate

Salary:

Up to £24,000 pa depending on experience + Benefits
