French Speaking Office Administrator
Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer support, Sales coordination, Sales administration, E- Commerce, Customer Advisor, Quotation, Order processing, Sales Support, Order processing, B2B, CRM ,Excel ,Fluent in German, Hampshire, French, French speaking
Salary: Up to £20,000  p.a. DOE  + Benefits

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer care and support.

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email, live chat and over the phone
- To process and follow up on orders
- To provide product information and advise on delivery information
- To deal with after-sales, warranty issues and returns
- To escalate and report issues to the relevant Team Leader

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French (Written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

Salary:

Up to £20,000  p.a. DOE  + Benefits
