Main Duties:
To provide excellent Customer Service and Administrattion for the French market

The Role:
- To provide excellent customer support to French & English speaking customers
- To deal with administrative duties
- Creating orders on company's computer system
- Filing and general help around the office updating files
- Entering and Processing Datas
- Processing and updating customer information on the company's IT system
- Administrative support
- Any other duties as required


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French & English – written & spoken
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Administration
- Marketing knowledge would be an advantage
- Computer literate  
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A dynamic personality and a team player 


**Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm**

Salary:

£20,000 pa to £25,000 pa basic + Benefits
