French speaking Online Hair Specialist
Location: Remote
Visit to London office one time per month
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Main duties:
To use your expertise in colour analysis and exceptional customer service skills to assess clients’ individual colour cases online on a daily basis.

The role:
– To offer online hair colour consultations to clients in both French and English
– To provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats
– To meet clients’ expectations by digitally creating their desired hair colour
– To proactively develop strong relationships both within the organization and with external stakeholders
– To demonstrate critical thinking by thoroughly analysing client objectives and concerns in order to confidently provide appropriate solutions
– To be ready to take on additional responsibilities as required

– Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
– NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent
– Passion for hair and beauty
– Experience in Hair Salon would be an advantage
– Great attention to details
– Self motivated
