French Speaking Operational and Personal Assistant
Senior, Personal Assistant, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, Administrative, Administrator, Organisation, Coordination, Finance, Legal, Tourism, Operations, Fluent in French
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa DOE + Benefits
Location: Brighton Area- Sussex
Easily commutable by car or train from Burgess Hill, Brighton, Haywards Heath,  Horsham, Crawley, Lewes, Worthing,  East Sussex, West Sussex.

Main duties:
Assisting the Managing and Financial directors as required with various areas of the business.

The Role:
- To assist with the French property management ( Deal with local authorities, suppliers and project management companies)
- To assist and maintain relationship with French Banks, accountants and solicitors
- To provide secretarial and administrative service, corresponding on behalf of the directors
- To source and identify new suppliers opportunities, negotiate rates and regularly monitor
- To book all services required for the business
- To create contracts, terms and conditions as well as various agreements.
- To organise and maintain Health & Safety training
- To research French laws and translate documents
- To produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- To organise punctual travel to France for self and Directors

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Similar experience preferable/ All-round experience in a support role at MD level
- Organised, proactive, autonomous and reliable
- A problem solver with negotiating skills

Salary:

Up to £30,000 pa DOE + Benefits
