Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and order processing support

The Role:
- To process orders with SAP system
- To do credit check existing and new clients
- To manage returns process
- To book in goods and expedite purchase orders
- To provide customer support via mail and telephone (French and English)
- To support sales teams with quotations for existing customers
- To respond general queries and provide information on existing orders
- To communicate actively with Sales Team, Supply Chain and Financial departments

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Other language skills would be a BONUS
- Ideally degree educated
- IT literate, SAP knowledge is a strong ADVANTAGE
- Experience in similar Order Processing / Sales Support role is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent organisation and communication
- Precision and attention to detail
