Salary: Up to £40,000 pa (DOE)

Main Duties:
Assist in launching, setting up & managing London Office
Liaise with CEO, HQ & Other divisions
Act as the prime contact for London Office

The Role:
- Work with and supporting Director and Office on daily basis
- Organise international travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal and external parties in French and English by phone, e-mail
- Working with and supporting the Office on daily basis
- Understand, cover & coordinate legal related matters
- Ensure efficient and cost effective Office provisions within budget
- Manage HR related matters – Expenses / Visa applications / travel arrangements
- Liaison with logistics-finance staff, reconciliation and invoice queries
- Prepare budget templates and reviews
- Taking minutes and follow up on weekly logistics and joint department meeting
- Ensure discretion at all times concerning office affairs (business projects & initiatives,
- Organizing company Calendar and all events, staff holiday of all employees
- Organize and attend Board Meetings & monthly accounts meeting with Senior
- Take minutes & draft reports upon request  

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French (both Written & Spoken to Business standards)
- Experience working in an international Company / environment - start up

- Previous experience as a PA / Office Manager - Essential
- All round experience in a support role at CEO - MD level
- HR / Legal background experience – Desirable
- Strong team player / Resilient / Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a small office environment comfortably
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good commercial acumen, organized, attention to detail, autonomous with lots of
