Salary: up to circa £40,000pa DOE

Main duties:
To provide daily management office support for senior executives and to be first point of contact and represent the company.

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact, filtering and managing enquires via telephone/ email
- To be the first point of contact for calls and visits and employees
- To provide secretarial and administrative support for senior executives
- To take full ownership of the senior executive agendas and travel arrangements
- To manage office resources, diary management, booking events, manage budgets, meetings
- To arrange for necessary repairs as well as ensure and update Health and Safety policies
- To deal with correspondence, complaints and queries

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English - Excellent level required
- Additonal language such as French would be desired
- Previous experience in PA dealing with senior staff - essential
- Experience creating and implementing high quality administrative process
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills
- Able to work under a minimum supervision within a fast paced environment
