Main Duties:
Assisting the Sales/Commercial Managers as required. This is an exciting opportunity for a French speaking PA to progress within an international company.

The Role:
- Working with and supporting the Director on a daily basis
- Liaise with internal and external parties in English and in French by phone and e-mail
- Providing secretarial and administrative service
- Organising workloads and travel arrangements
- Ensuring discretion at all times concerning office affairs (business projects, initiatives, etc...)
- Taking minutes and drafts reports upon request
- Undertaking operational activities
- Ensure efficient and cost effective provisions within budget
- Flexibility on working hours if/when necessary
- Occasionally travelling as required


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French (both Written & Spoken to Business standards) - Essential
- Fluency in English required
- Previous experience as a PA / Office Manager - Essential
- All round experience in a support role at CEO - MD level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player / Resilient / Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Clear understanding of privacy and confientiality
- Good commercial acumen, organized, attention to detail, autonomous with lots of initiative
