French Speaking Sales & Customer Services Coordinator
Customer Service, Customer Care, Quotation, Sales, Commercial, Enquiries ,Telephone, Reports, Coordination, Administration, Analytical, KPI, Webchat, Outbound Calls, Manufacturing,, Fluent in French.
Based in: Northamptonshire

Salary: Up to £25K pa Depending on Experience + Bonus (Estimated £2K pa) + Pension scheme

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact between the French market and the Sales Team.
To support the Sales Account Managers team in all aspects of the business.


The Role:
- To deal with customer enquiries, orders, delivery updates, complaints via telephone,
  emails and website live chats
- To produce quotations
- To dispatch samples and brochures when required.
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To provide reports as required
- To develop/maintain relationships with key customers
- To make outbound sales calls to promote new products to existing clients
- To liaise with internal & external departments & clients


 

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written & spoken) to mother tongue standard
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners
- Strong administrative skills
-  Sales /commercial acumen with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to France
- Ability to work from 7am Monday to Friday


Salary:
