Main Duties:
Assist the MD with daily commercial operations

The Role:
- Primary contact for customers (B2B) - provide responses to quotations requests
- Dealing with customer enquiries (daily by email and phone)
- Developing relationship with existing & new customers
- Process orders received from clients & amend quotations when required
- Update & coordinate data & inform other departments (France) or clients accordingly
- Maintain product information (updates on promotions)
- Assist and report to the Export Sales Directors




Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English + French (Written & spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role (Customer Services, Sales Coordination / Administration, etc.)
- Previous background in Sales from prospection via negotiation
- Proactive and Excellent communication manners
- Computer literate
- Team player & Quick learner
- Travelling to Head Office in Paris will be required

Salary:

£25,000 pa + Bonus
