Main duties:
To be responsible, support and coordinate the sales administration

The Role:
- To proceed and valid the sales orders
- To create the customer account,
- To taking car of the data integrity
- To respond to the enquiries via email and over the phone
- To support the finance team
- To proceed to the credit check
- To ensure the customer billing is accurate
- To report to the management accountant
- To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in in a similar role
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasks skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Proactive and dynamic personality
