Main duties:
To provide sales Administration, after sales support and customer care for France and the UK.


The Role:
- To deal with customers queries over the phone, by emails, letters etc.
- To provide customer care
- To process orders.
- To update the clients details accurately
- To handle customers complaints and resolve the issues in an effective and professional
  manner
- Analyse / Create Customer reports
- To liaise with internal departments to ensure high standard of customer service.

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service role
- Problem solver
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Team player and able to work on your own
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new software
