Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support the Sales team in order to develop the growth of the business on the French market

The Role:
- To deliver Excellent Customer Service
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication and build a strong
  relationship
- To deal with Customers enquiries on a daily basis
- To ensure on-time deliveries
- To provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- To ensure the right pricing for products
- To provide accurate information regarding products
- To identify sales leads and refer them to the Sales Managers
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners

 


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French (written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a driver’s licence and vehicle would be desirable
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word...)
