French Speaking Sales Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 pa + Bens
Location: South Wales
Ref: 5301F


Main Duties:
To provide excellent Customer Service and Sales support in order to develop the European market


The Role:
- To deal with customers enquiries (orders, invoice, product, prices, complaints)
- To maintaining an accurate record of product information & pricing (catalogues and marketing materials)
- To assist and support the sales team with quotations
- To process orders (follow up and give update to customers on shipment status)
- To deal with Export documentation
- To manage returns and credit notes
- To liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipments to customers
- To monitor stock levels to ensure availability
- To help and support develop the Export markets

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & French - Highly desirable
- Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration is a strong advantage
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- High level of commercial awareness
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Strongly organised
- Dynamic personality and a team player

£23,000 - £25,000 pa + Bens
