French speaking Sales Coordinator (9 months contract)
Salary: up to £25,000 p.a.

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day Sales & Service coordination with clients and to provide Logistics Support


The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and email
- To be the key liaison for orders end to end for both external and internal stakeholders
- To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement into CRM system
- To arrange collections, returns and deliveries
- To coordinate with warehouses for stock movements
- To ensure customers receive high standard of service
- To promote the company’s products

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French & English
- Previous experience in Export Sales Administration, Logistics or Purchasing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
- Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM system

Up to £25,000 p.a.
