Main duties:
To provide customer service support and to ensure a high standard of customer service and account management for B2B clients in France.


 The Role:
- To update customers details accurately on the system (orders and credit processing)
- To manage the sales orders and customers enquiries
- To monitor and manage deliveries
- To provide customer care and resolve complaints
- To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs
- To disseminate accurate information about the company and its products to support
  existing and potential clients
- To work as part of a team


 

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience within a similar role or Customer Service /
  Administration role
- Previous experience working with SAP / ERP system – Advantage
- Additional European language skills - advantage
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Ability to prioritise tasks and to take ownership of tasks
- Quick learner and able to have wide responsibility within the company
- Positive, proactive attitude and highly organised
