French Speaking Sales Coordinator

Salary: £18K pa + Benefits + Potential Bonus after 6 months

Main duties:
To support the commercial team in all aspects of the business

The Role:
- To support the sales team
- To receive and process customer enquiries & orders
- To deal with quotations and follow up invoices enquiries
- To process orders and follow-up
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To provide reports as required
- To liaise with internal & external departments & clients
- To update the clients details accurately

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (Written & spoken) - Essential
- Fluency in any other European language will be a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is Essential
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manners
- Strong administrative skills
- Sales /commercial acumen
- It literate

Salary:

£18K pa + Benefits + Potential Bonus/Commission after 6 months
