Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day support to our French sales and business development manager

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- To process enquiries, orders and quotations
- To follow up quotations, orders and potential business opportunities
- To communicate effectively with other departments
- To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support
- To occasionally visit customers (Up to 5 times per year)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Commercial acumen
- Previous experience in Sales Administration or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

Salary:

£Negotiable depending on experience + Excellent benefits
