Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day Sales Support and to ensure a high standard of Customer Services

The Role:
- To handle customer enquiries on the phone and via email
- To process orders and ensure on-time delivery
- To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs
- To liaise with other departments regarding invoices, quotations, product availability and
  shipment
- To generate invoices and process payments
- To update customers details accurately on the system


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French to a mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Services or
  Coordination is desirable

- Able to work calmly within a demanding environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT skilled – confident Excel and Word user
