Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day Sales & Service coordination with external, internal clients and stakeholders.
To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation and order placement.

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone, email and website.
- To process enquires, orders and quotations
- To follow up quotations, orders and potential business opportunities
- To identify and qualify possible business opportunities and escalate to the Sales team
- To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support
- To deal with complaints and escalate to other departments
- To chase payments if necessary

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in Sales Administration or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
