Main duties:
To manage sales orders and enquiries to maximising existing business with inbound and outbound customer calls and working a alongside the external Sales team.

The Role:
- To handle customer enquiries on the phone and via email
- To process orders and ensure that the goods are dispatched and invoiced correctly
- To provide information about the stock and enquiries and to follow up to secure a sales order
- To support the external sales teams in managing and proactively developing new and
   existing relationships with key customers in the UK and internationally
- To follow up on email marketing campaigns, including leads/potential business
- To resolve customer complaints
- To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs
- To liaise with other departments (Credit Control, Quality, Production, Marketing) regarding
   invoices, quotations, product availability and shipment etc.
- To update customers details accurately on the system

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and in English (written and verbal) to close to mother tongue

- Fluent in Spanish would be a bonus
- Previous experience in Sales Support or Coordination is desirable
- Experience ideally within Manufacturing company
- Able to prioritise and multitasking also working on KPI’s and Sales Targets
- Strong attention to deal with Customers over the phone
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT skilled – confident MS Office user
