Main Duties:
Reporting directly to the EU General Manager, you will be accountable for executing business growth plans, to deliver against the budgeted revenue/gross profit figures across their chosen brands within the territory.  Incorporating the management of individuals they are responsible for overall business growth and customer retention

The Role:
- Develop strategies to help the sales team achieve its revenue targets and growth plans
- Ensure the structure of the team is fit for purpose and is evolving in line with business needs
- Put in place sales targets and productivity measures to ensure that all team personnel have a clear view
- Lead and carry out key business sales initiatives with full ownership of implementation plan
- Work closely with the Marketing department to improve the effectiveness of online marketing
- Engage with other key stakeholders across the business such as Product and Customer Support
- Optimise team performance, create career development opportunities
- Manage the needs of the Sales and Account Management teams to drive focus
- Participate in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures
- Forecast sales revenue both short term and medium in weekly meetings



Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French & English (Written & spoken) - Excellent level
- Experience supporting and leading a sales team
- Strong ability to present to executive management
- Understanding of the KPI’s and culture required to manage a desk based sales team
- Inspirational people management and leadership qualities
- Solid influencing, negotiation and strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to think strategically and act pragmatically at all times
- Results driven and target focussed
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially SalesForce

Salary:

Circa 70,000€ OTE pa (6,000€ p/m)
