Main Duties:
To provide excellent Sales support by processing and coordinating sales enquiries

The Role:
- To handle Customers enquiries on a daily basis (phone, email)
- To process orders and to maintain high level of customer service at all time
- To provide quotations for customers & potential clients
- To liaise with all departments within the company to answer accordingly to the enquiry
- To handle all services, products, returns, finance or delivery times and shipping issues,
  Credit Control
- To maintain the customers' database up to date
- To support Major Customer key accounts
- To be responsible for translation & general administration duties
- To organize and manage French trade shows and Exhibitions (Travel to France
  occasionally)

Candidate's Profile:

- The position would suit a candidate with previous experience in
  Administration roles.

- Fluent in English (written & spoken) to high standard is essential
- Fluent in French (written & spoken) to mother tongue standard is essential
- Fluent in Italian would be appreciable
- Ideally previous experience in Administration roles
- Business acumen
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook…)

Salary:

Up to £25,000 pa depending on experience
