French Speaking Secretary / Finance assistant
PA, Secretary, Administrator, Coordinator, Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Service, BtoB, Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Order Processing, Fluent in French
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Main duties:
To communicate with seniors in the company on any incoming issues and assist in daily administrative and finance tasks.

The Role:
- To be responsible for bookkeeping entries on ERP system on a daily basis
- To generate invoices and to follow up on payments
- To monitor daily emails and manage timely responses
- To ensure internal communication and coordination of tasks within different areas
- To manage telephone and email correspondence with third parties related to the business
  (service providers, suppliers, buyers, other parties)
- To generate management reports compiling data on Excel / PowerPoint

Candidate's Profile:

- The position would suit a candidate with previous experience in administrative
  and finance role

- Due to the company location must be car owner
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken) is essential
- Degree educated (Business, Management or Finance)
- Computer literate ERP and excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PPT)
- Highly efficient multi-tasking abilities
- Great attention to detail and good eye for numbers.  
- Excellent communication & organisation skills
- Knowledge of minerals, metals, mining would be a bonus

Salary:

Up to £30,000 depending on experience
