Main duties:
To be responsible of the supply planning for your allocated brands, managing the product lifecycle, in a fast moving environment.

The Role:
- To be responsible of the supply planning for your specific allocated brands, in UK & France
- To report directly to the European Supply Chain Manager
- To manage the Supply Chain Planner
- To report inventory data, provide analysis and give recommendations to improve your allocated brands
- To ensure customer service is optimized
- To use SAP & Excel through multiple daily operations
- To release purchase orders in the system.
- To process demands
- To assist in the integration of new products
- To liaise with internal teams, mainly with Production planningm, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- To produce monthly presentation for S&OP meeting
- To ensure optimum customer service and inventory levels in both UK and France.
- To proactively work on process improvements in collaboration with colleagues.
- To report KPI's

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
- Fluency in French (Written and Spoken)
- Previous relevant experience in Supply Planning essential
- SAP experience is essential
- Previous experience in one of the following industries is advantageous: FMCG, cosmetics, healthcare, food, pharmaceuticals
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Computer literate (Excel, speadsheets, presentations, databases,...)
