Technical Expert, Service Desk, Cloud Services, Hosting Services, Connectivity Hardware, Applications, Datas, Database management, Network management, Application management and eCommerce, Linux O/S., Apache o, FTP, Telnet, SSH, SMTP, POP, IMAP and related technologies,  TCP/IP protocols, Configuration, Troubleshoot, Technical Customer service, fluent in French
Location: Hampshire
At commutable distance from Southampton, Havant, Eastleigh, Winchester, Chichester, Waterlooville,Central Hampshire

Main Duties:
To be the technical expert for their named clients and primarily manage their largest French customers, working in the best interests of the customer and their business needs

The Role:
- To act as the customer escalation point for Premier accounts
- To be the point of contact for crisis situation
- To provide expert consultation on their solution
- To make recommendations for improvement so that it better meets their business requirements
- To own and develop relationship with premier clients
- To respond appropriately to individual customer issues through runbooks, monitoring, and other solution documentation
- To perform administration of Linux based machines
- To execute functions such as re-boot/shutdown a machine, add and remove user accounts, application support, use backup programs and verify disk integrity, maintain system database files
- To support Account Manager and Customer Experience Manager and ensure high customer satisfaction during the support process
- To constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- To be responsible for working ticket queues

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (Spoken and Written)
- Excellent Customer IT delivery experience
- Knowledge and abilities to configure various Linux O/S, commands/utilities and related technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with a hands-on attitude
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong IT analytical & Problem Solving skills
