Main Duties:
To deal with the day to day Technical Support and Customer Service across the French Market

The Role:
- To deliver Excellent Customer Service
- To provide technical support to customers, service engineers, and suppliers
- To resolve technical issues relating to the company’s products
- To deal with installation, building regulations, operations and safety on the products
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To keep accurate records and data input
- To liaise with other internal departments
- To deal with customers complaints
- To report to the Technical Customer Service Manager

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French ( Written & Spoken)
- Gas knowledge (Gas Safe Certification/Hetas Certification or French equivalent qualification: PG – Professionel Gaz)
- Knowledge of heating appliances of all fuel types would be an advantage
- Confident telephone manners
- Experience in Customer Service
- Problem Solver
- Excellent communications Skills
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- IT Literate
