Main Duties:
To provide excellent level of customer service

The Role:
- To join the multilingual IT Helpdesk Support team and working for clients on the French Market
- To use SQL and Windows operating systems to deal with customer queries
- To be the first contact point for existing clients to resolve their technical issues
- To resolve and advise on technical problems related to the software solutions
- To give feedback to the team leader on regular problems

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French (mother tongue standard)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experiences in Technical Support or IT Help Desk / Customer Service
- Good knowledge of Windows 7,8, 10 and MS SQL would be a bonus
- Able to adapt to different situations quickly
- Team player also able to work on own initiative
- Lives at commutable distance by car from Maidenhead


£25,000 - £38,000 pa depending on experiences + Excellent Benefits (Annual bonus + 22-25 days holidays, free private healthcare, life insurance)
