French-Speaking Travel Operations Specialist
Salary: Up to 35,000€ depending on experience plus benefits

Main Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for manage the smooth delivery of group tours visiting Ireland, coordinating bookings, suppliers, itineraries, and client requirements to ensure a seamless travel experience.

The Role:
– Coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of confirmed group tours
– Organise and confirm accommodation, transport, activities, and other travel services
– Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver agreed itineraries
– Check bookings, schedules, and documentation to ensure all details are accurate and up to date
– Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best available services and rates
– Handle amendments, payments, and operational issues efficiently and within deadlines

– Fluency in French to a high standard is mandatory
– Experience working within a tour operator or a similar service-based organisation, such as event management, a booking agency, travel company, or related industry.
– Good knowledge of Ireland as a destination and its tourism products
– Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
– Good team player and excellent communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail and IT literate
