French speaking Wellbeing Mentor
QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS (OR EQUIVALENT) REQUIRED
Fixed term contract until July 2025
Location: London
Salary: Up to £34k depending on experience and great benefits

Main duties:
Offer learning and emotional support to students in order to maintain their wellbeing

The Role:
– Assist students in developing resilience and wellbeing skills
– Provide guidance on learning strategies and fostering students’ independence
– Using curriculum material, create and assess learning strategies
– Monitor individual EHCPs in order to show progression
– Ensure the school’s dedication to student safety and wellbeing
– Arrange one to one sessions and workshops with students, parents and staff on topics such as mental health awareness, cultural adaptation, coping mechanism, stress management etc.

– Fluent in French (both written and verbally) – Required
– QTS or equivalent – Mandatory
– Qualification in psychology or related field – Ideal
– Experience working in the education sector – Preferred
– Dedication to contribute to school life
– Strong IT skills
