Salary: Up £22,000 pa  (approx. 2,000€ PCM)

Main Duties:
To be the first point of contact for the clients and coordinate Events’ organisation

The Role:
- To deliver Excellent Customer Service
- To deal with enquiries (Telephone & Email) in a timely fashion
- To process orders for each Event and liaise with suppliers
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To coordinate the organisation of Artwork, translation of relevant literature
- To keep accurate records and systems up to date
- To organise campaigns to support the Event
- To manage stock levels and orders from suppliers
- To liaise with all internal departments

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English, German and French (Written & Spoken)
- Experience in a similar role is Essential
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent communications Skills
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- IT Literate

Salary:

Up £22,000 pa  (approx. 2,000€ PCM)
