Salary: up to £36,000 p.a.

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support

The Role:
- To deal with customers by phone, email and face to face resolving queries and providing product advice as needed
- To achieve sales targets
- To manage client accounts developing and maintaining strong working relationships
- To work with your and other departments providing administrative support
- To handle report distribution and invoices
- To liaise with relevant internal and external departments

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
