German and Dutch speaking Customer Support Advisor
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa (Depending on experience)
Location: London
Ref: 4166GD3

*Office based - Monday to Friday*
*Full time permanent position*
*Full training provided*

Main Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service to a large portfolio of clients

The Role:
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email or live chat
- Provide customers with product information and quotes
- Answer queries regarding lead times, invoicing and stock
- Order processing
- Follow up on outstanding enquires ensuring any further info is provided
- Monitor lead times and deliveries
- Translating as needed

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in Dutch and German (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in French an advantage
- Experience in customer service beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, dynamic and willing to learn
- IT literate


Up to £30,000 pa (Depending on experience)
