Main Duties:
To be the first point of contact for the clients and coordinate events organisation

The Role:
- Being the first point of contact with clients from all the events booking
- Communicating with clients – Events de-brief
- Providing full support and guidance to the clients
- Collecting information and processing to the event
- Notifying the client of requirements, process timelines and print deadlines
- Organising all relevant literature produced – confirming approval from clients with deadlines.
- Ensuring orders, print and deliveries for the event
- Liaising with suppliers
- Keeping the system updated
- Liaising and co-ordinating with all departments in relation to VIP events
- Organising campaigns to support the event
- Making sure the deadlines are met to ensure a successful event
- Managing VIP stock levels and orders from suppliers are required
- Making reports of the event

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German and Italian to mother tongue standard is a must
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Work under pressure – Work with deadlines
- Excellent organising skills

- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and very good accuracy
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively
