Main duties:
To act as the main point of contact for all German / French Accounts and maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients
To provide an excellent customer service experience and overall increase the sales on the German / French market


The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for customer queries
- Establish quotations, process sales orders and follow up deliveries
- Provide customers with detailed product information and quotations
- Manage stocks and forescast entry for all Accounts
- Outbound calls to existing and potential clients on the German market
- Resolve invoicing/collection issues
- Analyze market data to assess potential gaps in the market and areas in which the company could develop further
- Travel to attend client meetings both in the UK and overseas
- Work alongside the Sales and Marketing Departments to help develop the company’s growth strategy



Candidate's Profile:

-Fluent in German OR in French
-Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within Sales, Business Development or Account Management   
-B2B experience
-Excellent presentation skills
-Knowledge of CRM systems  
-High level of commercial awareness
-Computer literate  
-Strongly organized
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary:

£24,000 pa
