Main duties:
To generate sales against targets and develop, train and manage a team of trainees

The Role:
- To identify and develop sales leads
- To maintain a high awareness of the market, the industry and the competitors
- To build strong relationship with customers
- To maintain a high level of Customer Service, resolve issues and ensure interface with
   other internal departments
- To develop and manage a team of Trainee Business Development Executives
- To achieve set targets and KPIs
- To provide accurate reports and update on the CRM system

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (to high level) is essential
- Fluent in German or French (Written & spoken) or in another European language as
   Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese… is highly desirable

- Previous experience in a similar role managing and training a team
- Proven track record of successful B2B Sales
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Telecoms sector is desirable
- Excellent computer skills (including Excel and CRMs)

Salary:

circa £60,000 OTE after one year (up to £40k basic) + Excellent Benefits:
