German speaking Account Administrator
Based in: Cardiff, Wales
Easily commutable by car or train from Cardiff, Bristol, Swansea, Cwmbran, Bridgend, Newport, Chepstow, Wales, Avon
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience (please specify your salary expectation when applying for the role)

***If you are interested in Accounting but have no experience- full training will be provided***


Main duties:
Responsible for monitoring supplier’s accounts and processing invoices


The Role:
- Dealing with payment requests
- Checking supplier accounts
- Dealing with suppliers and resolving any queries
- Ensuring all information is up to date
- Clearing debit balances on a monthly basis
- Processing BACS payments
- Processing employee expenses
- Various other administrative tasks

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (Written & spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised
- Customer service oriented
- Previous experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Auditing, Credit Control or Finance - desirable

Salary

Negotiable, depending on experience (please specify your salary expectation when applying for the role)- Free parking onsite - 25 days holiday
