Salary: Up to £30,000 - Negotiable depending on experience

Main duties:
To operate the Purchase Ledger of their German subsidiary and to liaise with their German bank.

The Role:
- To oversee and manage the accounting functions of their German subsidiary
- To process purchase orders, invoices and expenses and ensure it is kept up to date
- To assist with bank reconciliation as part of the finance team
- To reconcile supplier statements
- To investigate any negative balances on ledger
- To take responsibility and deliver the monthly accounts
- To finalise and submit to accountants the end of year accounts ready for finalising
- To help the Accounting team with ad hoc tasks and give general administrative support

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner when dealing with suppliers and
  customers
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

Salary:

Up to £30,000 - Negotiable depending on experience
